What is the best way from TIA/Rinas to Tirana city centre?
There is no single best option for every arrival. A booked private transfer suits travellers who want a planned door-to-door ride with luggage; another taxi or public-transport option may suit a different budget or timing. Compare the practical trade-offs, then prepare your flight, address, and meeting details.
Leave room after landing
Do not book a road connection for the exact scheduled landing time. Allow time for passport control, baggage collection, and walking to the agreed meeting point; message the team if your flight time changes.
Choose the onward route
Tirana is the usual first stop, while Durrës, Vlorë, Sarandë, Ksamil, Berat, and Shkodër need their own route plan. Share the hotel or exact address, not only a city name.
What to prepare for a TIA/Rinas to city request
- Send the flight number and scheduled arrival time
- Share the hotel name plus the exact drop-off address
- Confirm passenger count, large bags, and child seats if needed
- After baggage collection, go to the agreed public arrivals meeting point
- Message Toska Go Taxi before leaving the terminal if the flight or baggage is delayed
Private transfer or another option?
- Choose a booked private transfer when a confirmed vehicle, direct address-to-address travel, luggage space, or a planned meeting point matters.
- Consider another taxi or public-transport option when you prefer to decide after landing or your route and timing suit that option.
- For any choice, allow time after landing and check the exact destination rather than relying on the scheduled flight time alone.
What happens after you land
After baggage collection, follow signs to the public arrivals exit and keep your phone available. Wait at the agreed public meeting point rather than walking to a different car park or accepting an unconfirmed ride. The driver should have your name, flight, destination, and WhatsApp contact before pickup.
Book your Rinas pickup
Send your flight number, arrival date and time, destination address, passenger count, and luggage details by WhatsApp. We will confirm the pickup instructions and applicable fare before travel.
