Published Fixed Fares

Our pricing uses fixed fares for established routes. These rates are published upfront for the route and service described, so the quoted route price does not change because of ordinary traffic during the ride.

Route Estimates

An estimate is an indicative amount, not a guaranteed fare. It is used when the pickup, destination, or route is not one of the published fixed-fare journeys; send the exact details for confirmation before booking.

Route Distances

Route distance depends on the selected pickup, destination, and navigable route. Published route information is a planning reference, while the exact route is checked against the journey details you provide.

Journey-Time Ranges

Traffic, road conditions, stops, and seasonal conditions can change a journey. We therefore present journey times as realistic ranges rather than a guaranteed arrival time.

Quote-Only Journeys

Multi-stop itineraries, off-route detours, and custom geographic requests are quote-only. The operations team reviews the details and confirms a price before dispatch.
